ATutor Common Cartridge

Common Cartridge is essentially a combination of IMS Content Packaging, Question Test Interoperability, and Tool Interoperability. ATutor already supports content packaging, and QTI will be instroduced in the spring 2007 release. Tool interoperability will be introduced in the second half of 2007.
